Fluffy
forcing, I mean, forces partner to pass :( (not really)
mcphee
This strikes me as impossible to answer not knowing what the 2NT bid was.
P_Marlowe
Non forcing. How do you bid a 1-suiter with min. values? It would be a more interesting question, if you asked, if 3C over 2NT is forcing or not. I think 3C is NF, but now I would understand, if someone wouldsay Forcing. To show a GF hand, you can always bid 3H, 3S or 4D. With kind regardsMarlowe
helene_t
If 2NT is a limit bid, even 3♣ would be a sign-off.
jjbrr
Non-forcing Signoff.
pooltuna
If 2NT is a limit bid, even 3♣ would be a sign-off. well 13+ to 15 2NT would be a limited bid :) ....still nonforcing?
cherdanno
This strikes me as impossible to answer not knowing what the 2NT bid was. Oh come on. You think 2NT was natural game forcing? Or it was an inv+ diamond raise and the OP forgot to tell us?

Or it was an inv+ diamond raise and the OP forgot to tell us? The point is...that it was not specified ! and its' meaning should have been disclosed. If you think 3♦ is a clear nonforce then pass 2NT making it forcing has more advantages than picking the right part score
aguahombre
What's going on here?...of course you need to know what 2NT is. If it was 13+, game forcing, then you are forced to game. If it was invitational, 3C or 3D should be NF. If OP didn't assume 2NT was invitational, he would not have posted the question at all.
