I also believe that the double of 4♦ does not promise any significant lenght. I play ♥AK unless someone shows out in the first round. He must have the spades controlled, putting even more vacant spaces on him, and also he must think that partner might have ♣AQx or he would switch to spades rather. Perhaps they play in 3NT (not likely but quite possible at this form of scoring). The normal line in 3NT is to play hearts off the top. So, in 4♥, I play for a finesse of the Queen. Diamond to K, ♣J switch. I was declarer at table 1 and laid down the ♥A. 10 tricks. At table 2, declarer played the ♥J to A and then hooked on the way back.
