Is it "showing" (no diamond honor) or "telling" (stop leading clubs!)? It depends a bit on the trump spots, but I don't see why West cannot have something like Txxx Axx Kxxxx x, in which case South might have 10 tricks if trumps are not led. Is there any way a trump lead could be required here? Even if South holds x KQT9xxx A xxxx, I don't think a trump lead helps because the defenders get squeezed. After a pointed suit lead declarer is unlikely to get hearts right. Seems like only a heart lead gives the game away. Maybe a spade trying to cut dummys entries is best?
