I made 2 mistakes here and payed for it, south opened 1 (NS vul) and I decided to pass, double would had solved all my problems but I failed.

North raised to 2 and south settled for 4. At this point I was very happy not to have doubled hidding my strong hand, little I knew.

The next thing all happened at the speed of light, I discarded - leads then cos I hate leading trump from J10x wich loses a trick often, so I made my last mistake of leading a club (if I had though more about it I would had led a spade)

Declarer said thank you upon seeing dummy, and quickly called low club from dummy. My partner flew with A and gave me a not so succesful club ruff.

Justin will say that playing low club from dummy is obvious ec, but it was the first time I saw such a play.

I really wonder why you passed 1 . You pass more often then me and about 50 times as often as a typical BBF poster. But with this hand even my late grandma had doubled...

I had lead a low spade. This "cannot" blow a trick after this bidding-

At first glance I thought that partner should pay the ten at trick one, but on second sight:

How can he beat 4 Spade without a club ruff? He does not know that you have around 20 tricks in your own hand....
