LEAD S2 WON BY ACE[sOUTH] AND PLAYED DIAMOND QUEEN, DECLRER COVERED KING , WON. NOW AT TRICK 3 HE PLAYS A CLUB NORTH WON WITHACE & RETURNED DIAMOND. RESULT 3NW-3.

AT THIS STAGE EW CALLS TD AND EXPLAINS ABOUT MISCLICK. TD ADJUSTED A-+, AFTER ASKING FOR THE REASON, SHE TOLD EW WERE DAMAGED. WHEN EXPLAINED THE DAMAGE WAS DUE TO MISHANDLING OF CARDS NOT BY MISBID.I FURTHER TOLD IF DIAMOND QUEEN WAS ALLOWED TO WIN DEFENCE COULD NOT COLLECT MORE THAN FOUR TRICKS: 1S+2D+1C, DECLARER COULD ENJOY 9 TRICKS AFTER REACHING AN GOOD CONTRACT OF 3NT. SHE LATER ADJUSTS A==! THINK HOW FAR THIS IS CORRECT? THERE IS NO REDRESS FOR SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE. WHERE AS CONSEQUENT DAMAGE CAN BE THOUGHT OF!

As far as I know, there's no requirement to inform opponents that you've misclicked if you're not asking for an undo. So South already went beyond the call of duty. Misbidding or misclicking isn't an infraction, and it doesn't make the board unplayable, so there's no justification for any kind of adjustment. And the misclick didn't cause them to overbid and then underplay (you shouldn't bid like Meckwell unless you play like Meckwell).
