There are no guarantees but you have good defence, an expectation that your side will often make 110, and it's unlikely -140 will be worth much. I think south has to double, it seems you were making 3♦ since your hand is so good for it and also that most EW pairs won't bid 3♠, so this is really a case of protecting your score. I mean north having the king of hearts and out is probably setting them on a heart ruff (since south expects north to have 4 hearts) so I don't even think it's that risky. I would also bid 2D, although showing the fit may make it easier forthem to bal, ...., what ever, I think Pass is ok.
