inverted minors -- how weak?

Seems like 2H would be artificial (or 6S/4H nf). I think I'd use 2H for GI 6 spades or something like that.

I prefer 2 Spade to show spades, so that I can show more different hands with spades. The majors are more valuable then the minors...
