After a double or 2H, EW will probably play 4S, maybe doubled but likely not. This either makes, goes down 1 or down 2, -1 is most likely.

 

After pass it is hard to say, I'd expect EW to often play 3S which could make. It is possible that EW buy the contract in 2S after 1S - p - 1NT. It is also possible that NS enter anyway.

It's hard to score after 2♥ since I think north should clearly push to 5 opposite what I consider an overcall, but perhaps not if it's the partnership style to overcall on this hand.
