Certainly it's possible to make a preemptive jump with the west hand, which causes more problems for N/S. But I've been assuming that E/W play jumps as mixed raises in competition on the previous problems, so I will keep that assumption here. In any case, the "worst result" for N/S is probably reaching 5♣ and losing an IMP to 3NT making.
