Please provide the most probable result after East opens 1♠ and you either a) passb) doublec) bid 2♥. Please do a cross imp result like: a-b:a-c:b-c: (a-c means the imps a wins over c) Thanks :) Please try to do all 30 hands also :)

awm
a: 1♠-P-2♠-3♣-P-3♥-P-3♠-P-3NT. Making four, +630.b: 1♠-X-2♠-3♠-P-3NT. Making four, +630.c: 1♠-2♥-2♠-3♣-P-3♦-P-3♠-P-3NT. Making four, +630. a-b = 0 IMPsa-c = 0 IMPsb-c = 0 IMPs Certainly it's possible to make a preemptive jump with the west hand, which causes more problems for N/S. But I've been assuming that E/W play jumps as mixed raises in competition on the previous problems, so I will keep that assumption here. In any case, the "worst result" for N/S is probably reaching 5♣ and losing an IMP to 3NT making.

Fluffy
C looks like a clear 1♠-2♥-3♠-4♥ to me. Sadly 2♥ doesn't get what he deserves as it continues 4♠-p-p-X A: 3NT + 660B: 5♣ +600C : 4♠X +300 A-B = 2 IMPsA-C = 8 IMPsB-C = 7 IMPs

Mbodell
Jack playing 2001 BWS on championship setting says: a 3nts+3 690b 4hs-1 -100c 5hsX-2 -500 a-b 13a-c 15b-c 9 This hand, which was rather flattish for most, is actually the decisive hand of the 30 boards for Jack. This is the largest swing board and the board that if taken away would totally change the outcome of what bids are best.
