2 Russian guys walk into a bar and get a bottle of vodka, which they proceed to share for the next hour without any conversation whatsoever.

 

After the hour of silent drinking, one Russian guy says to the other, "Good vodka."

The second Russian guy replies, "Did you come here to drink, or did you come here to bullshit?"

A horse walks into a bar, sits down, and orders a beer. The bartender brings him a beer and takes a ten-dollar bill from the horse. Thinking the horse won't know what he is doing, the bartender short-changes the horse and gives him back a dollar. After 30 minutes, the horse orders a fresh beer.

 

"We don't get too many horses in here," said the bartender.

"At nine-dollars a beer, I can see why," said the horse.

Recipee or it didn't happen!

Not so easy for me to get it into english, but I try....

 

Potato Pancake filled with Beef Goulash...in Hungarian-style....

 

Potato Pancake >>>

 

2lbs potatoes

1 medium onion

2 egg yolks

2 tbsp wheat flour

salt

black pepper

1/2 cup oil for frying

 

1. rinse and peel the potatoes, grate them finely and squeeze gently

2. peel the onion and grate as well

3. add the onion flour and egg yolks to the potatoes season with salt and pepper and stir well

4. form thin pancakes with a spoon in a pan of hot oil and fry on both sides until golden

 

Beef Goulash Hungarian-style >>> take one of 1001 net recipees for it....

 

....fill the big potato pancake with goulash.... a bit cream on the top >>>> ready ;)

 

I like it with cooked sauerkraut!
