bid_em_up
mmmm, chocolate pizza? Since I have seen people eating deep fried Mars bars nothing is able to surprise me. From the North Carolina State Fair (otherwise known as "A heart attack waiting to happen"): "Besides deep-fried Ho Hos, the attention-grabbing new item at this year's N.C. State Fair is chocolate-covered bacon." We have a winner!! :) Other fair food examples: Deep-fried HoHo's, Deep-fried Twinkies, Deep-fried Coca-Cola, Deep-fried Banana Pudding, Deep-fried Butter, Fried Peanut Butter Sandwich, Deep-fried candy bars (Snickers, Baby Ruth, Mars, you name it, you can probably get it), Deep-fried Macaroni and Cheese, a streak of lean, which is a piece of pork fat with a little bit of meat in it that is deep-fried until crisp, and of course, the usual fair food such as ears of roasted corn drowned in butter, cotton candy, funnel cakes and deep-fried turkey legs. http://www.newsobserver.com/2009/10/16/143...e-faint-of.html

Winstonm
I wish to be one of the first to congratulate Fox News on increasing their reputation for being "fair and balanced" by hiring Sarah Palin. Is there a more fair and open-minded spokesperson for the mentally retarded (Liz Cheney does not count as she is not retarded but simply evil.)? Winstonm
Actually, now that I think about it BBO forums may have discovered the Infinite Conundrum. The Infinite Conundrum Intelligent Design theory proves that anyone who believes in the theory is too stupid to exist.
Lobowolf
The tagline you had about open-mindedness was funnier.
Winstonm
Come on. You gotta admit The Infinite Conundrum is pretty damn funny. I told the monkeys at the zoo and they are still laughing about it.
Fluffy
sigh, if I said something like the infinite conundrum about something else, I'd have been berated by a lot of americans and/or women.
Winstonm
sigh, if I said something like the infinite conundrum about something else, I'd have been berated by a lot of americans and/or women. Had you said it about something else, it would not have carried the same impact as the semi-clever word-concept parody actually used. :( Besides, I never claimed to be designed intelligently. :P

Al_U_Card
Thank goodness spring is right around the corner. This winter has been nuts with all the bad weather. Careful with the weather references! North of Montreal we have enjoyed one of the warmest winters in memory with about half of the typical snowfall. It never got much below -20C and we have had some daytime highs in the + single digits in February! Seems to be that Polar Oscillation that bent the Jet stream and sent all our cold and snow to the US. Elsewhere, Vancouver gave a new, meteorological meaning to the term "Olympic fever" :D
PassedOut
Thank goodness spring is right around the corner. This winter has been nuts with all the bad weather. Same here. It has been way too warm all winter, so our snow has been wet and heavy and hard to manage. And looking at the weather report, no break in sight -- more warm days for at least a week. :D
jjbrr
Let's implore the jet stream a return to normalcy. Edit: Canadians love lots and lots of snow, am I right?!
Al_U_Card
Let's implore the jet stream a return to normalcy. Edit: Canadians love lots and lots of snow, am I right?! Especially when it falls on someone else's driveway! :D (Or roof. Last year I shovelled the snow from the roof 3 times, this year, not once!) gwnn
Pro tip: If you get a pistachio and you cant open the shell, use the shell from another pistachio to pry open the tough one. This way you don't hurt your fingers or fingernails or whatever. this works!!! thanks!
