The vulnerability is wrong, we are red vs. green. 4D by passes 3NT, risks getting passed out, when 5D makes, and also risks a minus score, when we could have played 3D. Hopefully I can pass, but I would not be surprised, if I reach into the box and a 5D bids hits the table, before I decided to pass. But given the vul. red vs. green, Pass is the saner option.
