That's not in the toolkit, although perhaps your point is it should be. We play Standard American with most common intermediate-level conventions. 4C would simply be a natural bid. One good point for 4♣: Partner would know what to lead if he doesn't hold clear ♠ lead. But I wouldn't bid it. I ain't big fan of rebidding values either. That being said there are always exceptions. Do we expect partner to know we are in a possible double game swing situation? And for a 1♠ call in this auction I expect partner to "have the nuts".
