Well, to handle all four trumps on the left, it seems at first that you would be fairly well situated by playing the trump Ace at trick two. Then, lead a trump toward dummy.

If LHO plays the King and then another spade, cash three hearts and the diamond, pitching clubs, cross back to hand, pull trump.

If LHO plays small, win the 9 and do the same thing, essentially.

If LHO plays the King and then switches, win whatever and do essentially the same thing.

So, what if RHO had four trumps?

Now, you have more of a problem. Having played the spade Ace, you need to reduce down somewhat. So, you cash two clubs and ruff a club. Cash a diamond (ditching a fourth club) and ruff a diamond (down to Q9xx in hand in trumps). Ruff another club (down to one club) and pitch the last club on a heart. Now ruff back.

The problem is that you cannot shorten yourself enough.

So, what about leaving the spade Jack in place?

After ruffing the first club, you could run down hearts and the diamond King, ditching all of your clubs, and ruff back. Then, a spade toward the Jack. But, you still end up with too many spades.

So, back way up. At trick two, lead a small spade toward dummy. If RHO has four spades, whatever he does, you counter with the plays described earlier. If RHO has four spades, he will win the Jack with the King. Now, you run the elimination play, as before, but leaving one spade on dummy. You can then just finesse.

So, small toward the Jack caters to either 4-0. If spades are 2-2 and no one can ruff, small to the Jack costs nothing. If spades are 3-1, with the stiff King to the left, no problem. If spades are 3-1 with the 10 stiff in either place, no problem. If RHO has the spade King and the 10 is third, then you might have a problem. Let's see.

RHO wins the Jack with the 10 and fires back a club, which you win. You then try the spade Ace and find out that someone has the 10 still remaining. So, you ruff a club and run down the required number of red winners, eventually ending in hand to pull the last trump. So, you lose when the person with the protected spade 10 has a stiff club, a stiff diamond, a stiff heart, or if LHO has the protected spade 10 and you guess wrong which red suit is his longest (and he has a doubleton in either suit).

Looks like small to the Jack works.
