How are you playing the hearts?

same opening lead and continuation?

I assume not so win the offsuit lead in my hand and lead towards the Q planning on finessing the T after the Q holds

Maybe

I'm being ridiculous, but yes. I assumed the Ace of heart lead was a singleton, and won the diamond in hand, led low to the queen of hearts, planning to finesse the jack next. The robot on the left played the jack before my queen, and the robot on my right showed out.

I thought the sensible thing to do was to play the ace of hearts for a singleton (if it's a doubleton, I'm obviously fine). I was pretty surprised that it was from AJxx.

You were correct to think stiff A is way more likely than AJxx playing human opponents. Playing the Ace in the second case might look a bit flash on the actual layout but will look rediculous when the KQ are in the dummy.

As for the play problem things have gone great - at other tables West has probably led his suit spades and booked declarer for a spade loser and 1 or 2 hearts. Meanwhile after we ruff a club we only have the 1 or 2 heart losers - looks a good score to me!
