gwnn
1♣-(1♠)-2♠-(3♠)4♥-p- 2♠ was a limit+ raise of clubs. xx Qxx Axx AJTxx to be exact. What do you do? Solution: partner forgot that he opened and assumed I had Michaels'ed. 3334 12 count

gordontd
Solution: partner forgot that he opened and assumed I had Michaels'ed. 3334 12 count Reminds me of the auction 1NT-2NT-6NT Opener saw partner's 2NT bid, and thinking it was an opener raised it to 6NT with his 15 count. gwnn
hi Ron what would you bid, knowing he's 5-6 in the roundeds? I really wasn't sure. one of my friends told me he would pass at MP and bid 5c at IMP
mich-b
For me, after 2♠ we are comitted to playing in ♣s (or NT) , so 4♥ is a cue, inviting to 6♣.I would , of course , sign off in 5♣ since I dont have a ♠ control.

Jlall
Freaky when I saw this auction I misread it and thought it was michaels (didn't see the 1C bid).
aguahombre
Freaky when I saw this auction I misread it and thought it was michaels (didn't see the 1C bid). as gordon said, maybe the 4H bidder didn't see his own bid, either. However, I think looking for a 5-3 heart fit as passed us by. 4H is a cue. If opener is 5-6 in the rounded suits, he has reverse strength anyway(s).
