Complete structure I don't know but you can find some suggested useful agreements in Steve Robinson's Washington Standard. For example, on page 71 of the second edition you find the probably standard agreement that 2N-3H-3S-4C shows fice spades and at least four clubs, but then there is also some discussion of what happens next, including such thoughts as over 4C a bid of 4D is a key card ask in two suits.

 

My view is that for many of these not terribly frequent situation, having something written down is far more important than whether it is or is not the optimum agreement (maybe it is), so I'm fine with this.
