Codo
1. I guess that X of 1 Diamond had shown good diamonds and 1 Heart a strong take out? So now, partner has a weaker take out and I see not much sense in passing. So I go for 2 Spade. 2. pass, yes doubling is tempting, but I doubt that my diamonds will score two tricks and in that case, how will I kill the beast? 3. pass, My hearts are golden, my diamond ugly, so is my communication with part. dellache
1. 2♠. Pard probably has 4243 and yet could not T/O at the previous turn. Let's go quietly.2. I lead the ♦Ace.3. Pass. Maybe I can reduce them to 9 tricks if I double and get a Heart lead, but partner may not have a good sense of humor.
miguelm
Pass. (will have a hard to figure what to lead though) Pass. (will have a hard time to decide what to lead.... again!!!) Pass. (and glad that I don't have to lead)

I agree with your choices but in 3 I think the OP was trying to induce a lead directing X
aguahombre
Yep, a double for a heart lead would probably hold down the overtricks on #3.
nigel_k
1. 2♠ 2. Pass. The contract will usually fail but a good declarer will expect something like this, not a trump stack, if you double so will proceed on a near double dummy basis. You are far from certain of beating the contract so cannot afford to help declarer with a double. It might be ok at matchpoints though. 3. Pass. Another hand where double will help them place the cards plus they might redouble. Could easily make overtricks.
Jlall
Doubling on board 2 is really obvious to me. Likewise passing on board 3 is really obvious to me. Hand 1 I would bid 2S, partner could not bid over 1D so his hand is not that good.
