sjambok
I'm downloading a LIN file. This works. What other formats can I convert it to? I'm having an expert help me with some plays, and I wanted to convert them to text only files.(this person does not do attachments) Is there a way to do this? inquiry
If the lin file has the vugraph at the first of it, you can open with the windows client version (netbridgevu) and press the print icon on the bottom of the window. It will create a text file named Match.txt with the hands in text format. Or you can get the LINCONVERTER program written by cascade and convert it. The address is probably this one... http://www.ebridgenz.com/download.html Lincoverter changes to TextPBNDeep Finesseand even a format that allows posting hands in this forum. pdmunro
You could direct the expert to where your hands are stored online:http://www.bridgebase.com/myhands/index.php
pdmunro
I wonder whether you could get the expert to kibitz you while you play at a table with all GIB robots. Using Skype or Google Talk, the expert could discuss your options as you bid and play.
