xcurt
All hands at XIMPs 1. Both, 4th, xx, xx, AK98x, A8xx 2S-3C-4S-? If you bid 5C it goes 2S-3C-4S-5C5S-6C-P-P (I assume you pass now)6S-Dble-P-? 2. None, 1rst, xx, QJTx, xx, AQxxx P-3S-4H-4S? 3. Favorable (for once), 2nd, x, x, AQT9, AK98xxx P-1C-1H-6SP-? These three hands were back to back to back.
mr1303
1) Absolutely 100% pass, what else? Whilst I have substantial undisclosed extras, it would be a complete guess as to bidding 7. Why should partner have a spade void here? Opener has self-sacrificed twice with no justification. 2) 5H, not liking it too much. This could well be wrong. 3) Pass. If this is wrong I blame partner. He could have taken the bidding slower if he wanted to find out about our hand.

It is possible that opps will go to 5♠ and then I prefer a ♣ lead from partner. (I'm a passed hand, so partner will not make too much from my 5♣). xcurt
ok the first was just a reality check. i had the 2254 hand. lose 18 when they wrapped it +1. AKJx, ATxx, xxxx, x -- xxKx xxQJTx AKxxxKQTxxxx Ax QTxxxxx, QJxxx, --, x Is partner supposed to do something else?
Jlall
Partner should not double with no tricks and no trumps. Maybe I will be in a minority of 1 but you are not in a FP when it is unknown who has what other than that opener has a freak and responder has a big fit for him, and nobody has yet stated "I am bidding to make." 3C was NF, 4S could be to make or a save or something in between, 5C could be to make or a save or something in between, 6C could be to make or a save or something in between, etc etc. Opener obviously has the type of hand that huge swings are made of. Phil
1st I pass too. Agree with Justin that we are not in a FP here. Hopefully we had the option of pard bidding 5N to express 'ownership', instead of just bidding 6♣ on some freak, however. 2nd I really like my hand. I'm a passed hand, so pard should not get too excited. I like either 4N...5♥ or 5♣ which needs to be a cue bid, I think. 3rd. LOL.
gwnn
I think 5♣ then p, 5♥ and p is obvious. Also I am seriously considering going to the partnership desk after board 3. btw try the FULLHAND button, it works wonders.
