Even if we beat 3♦ for +100, they have balanced vul vs not which other tables may not do so there could be a number of 110s or 140s our way. What is my style of play in 3rd seat and what is pard's style of raising a 3rd seat opening? If memory serves, this went pass, pass, 1H, pass - not exactly an overwhelming threat of 3N from opponents or even of vastly superior high card strength. Why can't the division of HCPs be close to 10, 10, 10, 10? Would partner get excited with xx, Axxx, xxxx, KQx? I don't see this as an auto-pass.
