I can see good merit in at least 4 different choices. If you force me to choose now I'll go with 5♥, I don't like letting them bid 4 in these places and don't think the hand quite makes it to a 4♠ bid. Slam is possible but I think it is unlikely and 4♠ is too encouraging and will lead to partner bidding six when we should be defending 5♠. Perhaps 4♠ should be a little stronger (0-5 in the majors for example), but it does show the void, and I much prefer it over any other bid.
