Chipmonk
The chat log is an excellent reference for most bridge players, but it is limited to chat at the table and incoming BBO mail messages. Outgoing BBO mail is not recorded anywhere, to my knowledge and I think it should be. It this a big deal to add outgoing mail to the chat log? Tola18
Yes, it could be useful. But as you send mail actively, you can also copy the mail message and paste it somewhere else. Say in a Word or text document on your computer you have handy prepared. This would not be any big deal.
jandrew
I do not send BBO mail actively - only ever re-actively as a response to a BBO mail that I get during the logon process. I need to send my answer as part of the logon and it is not appropriate to then set up a document to record my answer. It has often been a problem that I have a record of the incoming mail (usually a question) but no record of my answer. jandrew
Tola18
It is true what you Jandrew say. This is a serious drawback. And as I remember, the copy function dont works either. Although it works better on the web-client. Where there is a classical mailbox. One of the few features which actually IS better with the web-client. At least ONE reason why to use the web-client, not only as an emergency-solution. :D
