Some questions: 1) Does this always happen to you or do passes sometimes appear? 2) What is your computer's system language? 3) How do you say "Pass" in that language? 4) Do other words and phrases in the software appear properly in your language? 5) Do you log in to BBO through the yellow link on our home page (www.bridgebase.com)? If no, how do you access BBO? Once I know the answers I will hopefully be able to provide a solution...
