Upon winning the heart, East contributing the ♥5 you cash 2 rounds of diamonds to which both follow, plan the play
Codo
Hi, I will finesse in spades. This loses, I win the return to lead to this ending: ♠AT♣ J ♠ 4♦ 6♣8 I lead my last diamond, if the jack of club is not high, I discard it. If after the trick my 8 of club is not high, I finesse again in spades. Should be a little more then 75 %.
gnasher
I'd cash two more diamonds, throwing a spade. If I can persuade them to throw enough of their "useless" hearts, I can safely cash the hearts and play a spade to the 10, endplaying East. That needs East not to have a long heart; I might also have a problem if West keeps a long heart, because when I lead the spade he may play an honour, potentially from KQ. If it looks like they've been awkward and kept their long hearts, I can revert to Codo's line. Or I might go after clubs instead - it' hard to say until I know what they've discarded and how they discarded them.
Fluffy
You can only cash 4 diamonds if you are cashing 3 hearts or dummy will be squeezed. 3 hearts will be discarded at most, never giving you safety for the endplay. Better than that seems to cash 5 diamonds and only 2 hearts, if RHO throws hearts quickly he might be endplayed just as good. The risk is that RHO wins and returns his last heart, squeezing dummy before you can test clubs.

They started with eight hearts. They played two to trick one. On the third and fourth rounds of diamonds, between them they throw another three hearts. Now we cash a second round of hearts, and they both follow. How many hearts do they have left?
