DJNeill
Hi,It would seem to me that it would be good to limit the number of wasted person-minutes caused by a TD delaying a tournament. Why not institute a maximum? The more people signed up, the fewer minutes (total) it can be delayed. Or why not just treat it as one of those "don't do it too often" things like booting people, or cancelling tournaments. I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated when free tourney TD's delay the start. I unregister when they do that. Thanks,Dan

helene_t
Sometimes they delay start when they want more players. I do find it weird, though. There are usually plenty of people willing to play in free tourneys. As for pay tourneys, I think paying customers deserve better service. Anyway, at least as far as free tourneys is concerned I think the solution just is to avoid that TD if it really bothers you.
babalu1997
Why do they do that ? In free games sometimes people delay to wait for a pending game to finish. Some groups share tds and membership. So you might be playing a game and get an invitation to play *goulash* or imps after this one is over.
