staro87
Hi..The thing is....i'm using a Mac, not a Windows & there are my things i can not do in my version of BBO..e.g i don't have "lobby chat" i don't even have a LOBBY to chat to.BUT what most driving me CRAZY that as a TD & a host .. when i'm TDing my own Tourn, i can start tding ONLY by going to "Running tourn" & from there i click on "Join" & then go to tables; but when i'm helping others tding i can simply click on "Show tables", so it's only w/my own tourn. Also i only can read tourn chat when i'm kibitzing at tables, when i'm not, just "online" i miss all the chatting people send to tourn chat. Another thing, most TD's can talk to players even if they are playing in other tourns. EXCEPT ME ;) So I'm Just Wondering ... WHY ME ?! WHYYYYY MEEEEEE?! sniff sniff :( HELP PLS! mink
Hi Staro i'm using a MacSo I assume you are using the version of bbo that runs inside a browser with FLASH. i don't have "lobby chat" i don't even have a LOBBY to chat to.This version has no lobby chat, and I do not miss it. when i'm TDing my own Tourn, i can start tding ONLY by going to "Running tourn" & from there i click on "Join" & then go to tables; but when i'm helping others tding i can simply click on "Show tables", so it's only w/my own tourn.I can display the tables list by "show tables" perfectly well, no matter if I am host or not. However, it would be nice if the tables list was displayed automatically when the tourney starts, so that I immediately see the sitouts and have tourney chat available. At least this should be the case if I was watching the registration page for the tourney before it started. Another thing, most TD's can talk to players even if they are playing in other tourns. EXCEPT MEI can only talk to players in my own tourney if I use the FLASH version. I remember it was different in the windows version, but the need for it is very rare.
