Since South is declarer? and LHO overcalled a spade? ♠J, ruff a spade, hearts until the ace appears (they break?) win club return, draw any remaining trumps, we have still a heart in dummy, knock out ♦A (keeping the jack in dummy), they win a club and we ruff the next one, take the other diamonds and the spades.
