G-Precision 1D opening

For those interested and learning G-Precision, I modified the 1D opening in order to:

1) never pass an 8 points hand

2) take the fuzziness out of the 1D opening after 1H or 1S relay by responder

3) allow to be fairly accurate about the level to play a contract after a 1D opening
