I goofed up when I led a trump... My (incorrect) reasoning was that declarer may try to ruff diamonds in dummy and that a trump would not cost + will cut down ruffs in dummy. Fluffy Posted August 4, 2009 Report Share Posted August 4, 2009 Before cutting ruffs in dummy you need to have something like Q10xxx in diamonds, sometimes with 4 cards you might as well try it.
