bluejak
Today is meant to be the last day that our previous host, Bridgetalk, with webmistress Virginia Crawford, provides a home for IBLF and the three related forums. I was going to post a last message thanking her today: sadly I cannot get to the site so perhaps it has closed early. It was very kind of her to provide us with a home for many years. Just as the threads from our host before that are still available [see Old IBLF threads] so I am hopeful the threads on Bridge talk will still be available: one of our readers has them in some form which we hope will become available. At such a time I shall provide a link fromr my site - presumably on the same page - and let you know here. We are, of course, very pleased that Fred and his team have provided us with a new site, and thank them. But the main pont of this post is to thank Virginia whose efforts have gone a long way to making this the most useful resource on Bridge Laws in the world today. Thank you again, Virginia. :P Anyone who does not understand the title should read The Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams. :D
blackshoe
I tried to log on last night, got the "out of bandwidth" message. Sorry to see it go, happy to be in our new home. B)
jeremy69
Anyone who does not understand the title should read The Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams. Isn't it "So long and thanks for all the fish"?
blackshoe
"So long" was the third sequel to "hitch-hiker's guide". Here's a bibliography.
