If by "frame" you mean something else, then please clarify what you mean and I will try to respond accordingly. Also, if resizing horizontally and vertically at the same time is not what you are hoping to be able to do, please clarify that point as well. It is a minor convenience, but why not allow dragging 3 (possibly 4) boundaries at a time by clicking at the intersection of the boundaries, ie, dragging left, right, up, or down. Unfortunately the Flash components I use for this purpose do not support the kind of functionality you describe. I agree it would be nice if they did, but I don't really want to get involved in tinkering with these things myself (because I expect that implementing your suggestion would be difficult at best and because I have a lot of other things to work on).
