CONDITIONS:

 

1. Neither East nor West has a void in Diamonds.

2. South is declarer in 6

3. The contract can be defeated, but by only one layout of the remaining cards.

 

QUESTION:

 

How can E-W defeat 6 given the conditions stated? (And no, there are no revokes or irregularities of any kind.)
