DrTodd13
Couldn't any country's sponsoring body run tourneys on BBO and offer their versions of masterpoints? Moreover, why can't there be a sponsoring body that doesn't serve a country but instead serves the Internet? We could get rid of this GCC menace. willow23
B) Very nice...I look foward to participating..:)...I was always tempted to purchase $BBO ...now I do not have a choice...I like the opportunity of evaluating myself on a wide scale...BBo ..now ACBL has provided such a wonderful opportunity...I think I speak on behalf of all...when I say that it is our pleasure to give back to BBO for all the effort that they have put into the software...I hope that a very large chunk of that $1.00 goes to BBO.. :D ...Good looking out...I always seem to wonder what will happen next on this site...KEEP IT UP>>>FEELS LIKE HOME TO ME>>>:)..now the problem seems to be getting a partner that knows me and convention..and if the time of those tourneys fit into my schedule. ;) ..I hope all is well there...THX BBO
darla
Would like to see longer touneys as well. Where and how do we register our ACBL membership number so we will be credited with points earned? Thanks.
uday
For now, you are prompted for the acbl number upon registration. This is repeated each time you register, with the default being what you entered the last time. We'll implement something better when we figure out what that is Yes, any organization can use the tourney facility to issue points. The code is set up to prompt users for the organization id ( here, the acbl id) and compute/track points for each tourney ( we only know about acbl and figb/italian points, but i will happily add new code to compute points for new organizations)
