gnasher
This is probably too easy, but:[hv=d=s&v=e&n=saqxxhqxxdxckxxxx&s=sk10hxxdkqj832caxx]133|200|Scoring: IMP1♦ 1♥ dbl 2♦3♦ all pass[/hv]2♦ showed a good raise.West leads a lowish spade (2nd from xxx(x) /4th from an honour) to the nine and ten.You play a top diamond to the 10 and East's Ace.The defence play three rounds of hearts without setting up a winner, East apparently having AJx.When you cash another diamond, West throws a heart. What now? wclass___
♠ to dummy and spade Q.. probably i cash ♣A before that.. or maybe not
rogerclee
Looks like RHO is probably 2353 (giving LHO is 5512), though this line will make on any possible remaining distribution. Cash the ♣A, overtake the ♠K, and play the ♠Q. If RHO ruffs, overruff, and elope my low diamond. If RHO doesn't ruff, pitch my club and play another spade; if RHO follows again (or pitches again), I ruff low and claim, and if he ruffs, that means he has another club, so I also claim. In my opinion you could reuse this hand as a defensive problem for east. It seems he defended incorrectly at the table.
Finch
The defence play three rounds of hearts without setting up a winner, East apparently having AJx. East had Axx at our table. Not that that probably makes much difference.
