xcurt Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 Nice example of a theme here: Since you intended this as a B/I, I'll reply hidden: Ruff the diamond, cash my high club, SQ intending to run it. Win the first or second round of spades in dummy according to whether LHO covers, and ruff a club. Now cross to the ST (or SA, depending on whether LHO covered) and pitch hearts on the clubs. If the hand were slightly different we could deep finesse the S6 trying to ruff 2 clubs and also lead up to the HA, but I think we have to play LHO for 3442 and RHO for 1453.
