kenrexford
You don't mind boring movies? Actually, I rather enjoyed one boring movie that I saw years ago. I cannot remember what it was called, but it involved a wreck or something in the outback in the first like 2 minutes or so, followed by about an hour of just walking, up and down and up and down sand. No talking. Nothing but walking. No scenery of note. Nothing but walking. I found it hysterical the longer it went. I was nearly in tears. Echognome
I don't mind boring movies when I want to take a nap. Airplanes are good places for them. The other 99% of the time I watch movies, "Was it boring?" is my first criterion for whether I thought it was a good movie.

mike777
as a rule i don't mind long movies... neither do i necessarily mind boring movies... but i'm not a fan of long, boring movies... I liked the movie and ranked it about number ten out of the hundred or so new movies I saw last year. Number one was Slumdog and number two was Priceless, a French romantic comedy. BTW, today, I just saw a Czech movie called Beauty in Trouble(subtitled, adult themes) It is a love story and deals with the issues and choices people make in love. Excellent movie. A friend just back from Hong Kong tells me to see "Depatures" if it ever makes it to the USA.
