twcho
Levin-Weinstein imo is among the top 3 US pairs now, the other 2 being: Meckstroth-Rodwell and Greco-Hampson. And I think US will have edge over any country including Italy and Norway if these 3 pairs play together as a team.

You are probably right, but if I interpret the CoC correctly, this is not going to happen. USA1 and USA2 will be two of the 27 teams listed here ... http://usbf.org/index.php?option=com_entri...k=list&event=14 Roland
helene_t
In the page linked by Roland, Berkowitz is playing with Cohen again, I thought Larry Cohen had stopped?
jeffford76
In the page linked by Roland, Berkowitz is playing with Cohen again, I thought Larry Cohen had stopped? According to the latest ACBL Bridge Bulletin, Cohen is retired from pairs games, but still playing occasional team events.
JanM
In the page linked by Roland, Berkowitz is playing with Cohen again, I thought Larry Cohen had stopped? The USBC will be the last US event in which Berkowitz-Cohen are playing together. It is the final event in the "cycle" that started with the 2008 Spingold. Some of us are hoping that the final Berkowitz-Cohen event will be the Bermuda Bowl this fall :).
