Lobowolf
Partner of course bids 2♣, now what? (This question is probably LOL, but...) 2♦ over 2♣. "ELC" = "Equal Level Conversion" i.e. because the suit we're lacking is clubs, the pull to diamonds lets partner choose between the other suits without going a level higher. If we wanted to run to diamonds, we could have done that immediately; running through the redouble suggests an alternative. Pulling 2♣ suggests that clubs wasn't the alternative we had in mind. Opener should work out to pass or correct to 2♥.
whereagles
Like Ken. If there's a risk pard won't understand the XX or the correction, then 2♥ + 3♦ if necessary.
rbforster
Partner of course bids 2♣, now what? (This question is probably LOL, but...)With equal length in the reds, I would pass and XX again to offer partner his choice of reds . Here we have a clear 2♦ rescue over 2♣, showing both reds with longer diamonds.
