Gerben42
In the German forum, someone asks if it would not be possible to have three options when accepting / declining a tourney invite. a. Acceptb. Decline without reasonc. Decline and type in reason
peachy
I see no need for the third option. At the time someone is looking for partner, they don't care. If the decliner wants to explain, he can private message the person.
mycroft
I'd like to be polite when I refuse - and it would be nice for it to be simple. I'd also like to not be embarrassed when I can't remember if it was pxxx46 or pxxx47 that invited me when I open up the chat window and explain myself, all in the breaks between my opponents waiting for me to bid. I'm sure it's worse for people who get a lot of invites - especially invites from people they don't know.
Dealing_Don
I too would like to see a variation of addion option 3 (see below). Sometimes the person sending invitation is not available via chat, because they are currently in a tournament. To explain immediately would require sending a mail message. Also, there is no way to find out after declining exactly who it is you declined. I suggest that a text box be put there to fill in. If filled in, then it goes with the decline, if not filled in, then nothing goes with the decline.
mtvesuvius
I would like this also, since I get a lot of Tournement invites, and team invites, some from friends and some from people I don't know. I find that it would be nice if I could give a reason for declining especially when the person is already playing a team match.
