I think yes, my hidden solution below

win the lead with ace, play AK, if are 3-2 no problem, we can pull the remaining trump, and ruff the 4th in the hand, we only lose a in the dummy.

if we learn that west started with 4, play a to K, and lead a towards dummy,

-----if west ruffs, win the return, pull the remaining trump and discard two to AQ, and ruff a , dummy is good.

-----if west doesn't ruff, ruff a with J, pull remaining trumps, the dummy has only one loser, a

if we learn that east started with 4, lead a to K,

-----if east ruffs, win return, pull the remaining trump, we can discard a to K and ruff the 4th , dummy is good.

-----if east doesn't ruff, ruff the small with Q in dummy, pull remaining trumps, and discard a club, to third , the hand has only one loser, a club.

Yes that is pretty much the correct line, though

because you drew just 2 rounds of trumps, we might have to make another safety play (which we cannot avoid and is automatic) to draw the last trump. For some reason I prefer to draw 3 rounds of trumps.
