Sorted alphabetically, the 19 countries are: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Norway, Serbia, Scotland, Sweden, Turkey and USA. Have a look at the schedule page, and you will see that some of the above mentioned nations offer presentations more than once.
