kfay
Kibbed this hand today. The names have been changed to protect the innocent: http://bit.ly/htL0G Opps' 2♦ opener is natural and preemptive. Leads are 3rd/low

kfay
Small to the ♠A. Sorry, guess I should have stated that you should play the hand out to the end of the movie.

Trumpace
It seems like LHO is trying to make us believe he has the heart length...
Apollo81
I think North has the heart length, south probably has 5 spades since he has the ♦K also and he only had ♠KJ
gnasher
Has declarer shown a spade suit? That affects what we can expect for the double of 4♠. If the spade bids were all artificial, I think the spades could be 5-3 or 3-5 with equal likelihood - doubling a four-level cuebid with KJx is normal, but not if they've been bid on your left. If I can't infer anything about the spade length, the only inference I have results from RHO's failure to open a weak two. Arguably RHO can't have six diamonds, but LHO can. Hence I play RHO for heart length.
Codo
Declarer showed 3613, so the double was made for values, not for length. The later lead of the king of diamonds gave nothing away either, as the defenders know that declarer has a singelton. Same is true about the queen of diamonds, it shows nothing. North has at most QJ in diamonds, no values in spades and the jack of clubs. So even with a 6 card diamond suit he had not the right values for a preempt red vs. white. So, despite all my efforts, I have no real clue, but I play south for a possible queen and lead a heart to the ace.
