There is no "correct" answer, I simply want a lot of expert-opinions.

Perhaps I bid 4NT later, but for now I pass. Would be quite harder if pard hadn't passed.

I pass on the first hand. I do not like to push them to 4 Spade, because I do not like my defensive prospects and I hate the missing strength of my hearts.

Besides this, I would rate the chance that pass 3 ♠ pass is the normal auction where I live, so I do not need to outscore the field here.

 

I would bid 4 ♦/double on the second hand.
