Agree. I'm not passing and I'm not bidding 3 on my 9-8 low.

You have to draw one to the 8-6 if the 2 bidder stands pat.

Double, intending to pass 3. Since you (Nuno) like Robson/Segal, I'd like to mention that doubling and pulling shows extra values and your longest suit when you scramble like this. They do not write this explicitly but you can see that from their example hands.

That is correct. The ELC of Robson/Segal does show some extras. Now, how much "some extras" means is anybody's choice :)

You bid diamonds first but in their book this would be 5+ diamonds and 4 hearts.
