Phil
Declarer is usually 3523 here and dummy should be 3♥5♦ and will have a ruffing value somewhere. Diamond might work, but my sense is that whatever trick we get in the form of a ruff we'll lose in a black suit trick we would have got. Club looks superficially good, trying to start some type of tap, but it will frequently blow trick into declarer's AQ. Its quite possible declarer can take 5 hearts in hand, one or two ruffs in dummy and and 3-4 tricks outside anyway even if we can get trump control. I have entries in both black suits to lead a 2nd round of trump too. So I lead a heart.

petergreat
Small ♣. You have four trumps. When you have long trumps you should always be aware of making declarer embarrassed when he is forced to ruff. It works magic especially against 5-3 fits, because the 3-hand is not long enough to draw your trumps while the 5-hand can be forced to ruff. You don't want to ruff, why give up your long hearts! So you should find a suit to force declarer. The longest suit works best usually so a club.
whereagles
Just a note: for a club tap to work, you probably need pard to have the heart ace, in which case the diamond lead also works. Now, the diamond lead works again if pard has the ace. The club lead works if pard has some club cards and declarer has problems due to our ♥10. All in all it seems like the diamond requires less in pard. (I voted for club, though.)
