Something fun or whimsical, yet clearly showing a train of progression will be nice. And the tax idea is decent enough except some of those taxes only exist in the US (or at least in nations that are a federation of states). It should either be funny, or bridge related, preferably both. I quite like the card play techniques suggestion.
