I think it's a choice between 4NT (invitational) and 5NT (pick a slam). In a minor sometimes you have to worry partner's "solid" suit isn't quite so solid unless you are Mike, but in a major he would have no reason to fudge in that way since he could always rebid 4. Also even if it wasn't totally solid I would expect better values outside, and we would probably make with AK of hearts and 10 or 11 outside tricks. So I'll force to slam with 5NT.

Also I won't worry about a grand. I don't see a good way to investigate it, and I know partner can't have hearts to AKQJ along with AK A in the minors. He could have that minus the king of diamonds, but I could only figure that out by cuebidding for hearts to allow for keycard next round, and I don't think that's the right strategy.

Come to think of it I'm changing my answer from 5NT to 6NT. No reason to complicate things further, and it's quite unlikely hearts is better than notrump.

Hard without knowing what is meant by 3NT and other agreements. Eg do you play Namyats? What sort of hand would open Namyats rather than bid 1M 3NT? I have a nasty feeling that with many partners before we make 6, we will have to lose a H and an outside card.

With no agreements 5NT I guess and hope I am playing with a sane partner and not playing with myself. (Pun intended).

My initial thought was 6NT. Not so much because I think it is the best technical bid, or necessarily the best contract.

Bitter experience has taught me that if I try to get too "clever" on this sort of hand something goes wrong - someone will pass an "obvious" cue bid; someone will bid RKB for one suit but partner will respond for another; someone will mistake a 5NT "pick a slam" for a 5NT grand slam try etc.
