I am sorry. It was a deal played in Spingold many years ago . As a respect I promised myself to keep th names hidden. Obviously th players there were tired a lot during a long marathon. I have not a small doubt abt their skills. Such things may happen anytime, anywhere in th world. Just an interesting situation and i do not have words to comment about th full hand. If it was in chess I could name it as "chess blindness"--sometimes player looks to board very cafefully but as his/her mind is busy with many variants and avoidance plays he/she can easily misread th original position at that moment. Time pressure factor especially triggers it. That's why I found suitable to post double dummy without any comment. Sometimes I watch scenes on TV and there are subtitles as "no comment".
